On Saturday, The Angels will look to get back to winning ways, following their shock defeat at Fleet, by entertaining lowly Banstead Athletic. The Angels boast a 100% record over our Surrey opponents, winning both of the two previous encounters, including a comfortable 2-0 victory at their place in August. The goals came from Tony Dolby and Luke Piscina either side of the interval that evening.
Our visitors currently lie in 18th position. They are unbeaten in their previous couple of games, beating Burgess Hill 1-0 and earning a respectable point away at Molesey. Wealdstone demolished them 4-1 in this seasons FA Cup Competition whilst Dulwich Hamlet and Redbridge were their conquerors in The Westview Cup and FA Trophy respectively. However, they are still in with a shout of winning a trophy this season as they face Guildford Town next week in Surrey Senior Cup Quarter-Finals.
