The second fixture of the double-header will see another group of players travel to another Kent Premier Division outfit, Hythe Town. The two sides have only met once previously, in 1990 where the Angels defeated their opponents 3-1 in The FA Cup 1st Qualifying Round.

Last season, Hythe finished a very respectable 6th position, tied on points with Tunbridge Wells and just behind Maidstone United. The club lost in The FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round after eventually losing to Littlehampton Town in a replay. The sides drew 1-1 at Hythe before a thrilling match saw the Sussex side victor 3-2.

Hythe Town also lost in The FA Vase 2nd Qualifying Round in a great contest, going down 4-3 to Whitstable Town.
