Stephen McCartney has done a very good report on his Kentish Football site.  Smiley

It reminded me that Fraser Logan did have a good debut. He made smart moves and is full of energy. Well done Fraser - welcome  Smiley

I was sitting with my MrsChips on the centre line and was really proud of our Barmy Army ... and I can be one of its worse critics.

I heard nothing bad from them at all.

I think they did a lot to raise the Angels, and I thank them for it.

The objection was to some of the language which was a bit ripe - but nothing you dont ever hear at football matches.

Their stewards went OTT - their fans were allowed to refer to Chris as the w****r with the drum (fair shout though) yet we were threatened with eviction for 'hand gestures' !!!  I think they didnt like being outsung and hoped they could find a reason to chuck us out.

A great result and performance yesterday, and the man of the match poll should appear on this thread shortly. All the reports I have seen or heard suggest we spent the match on the 'back foot' yesterday but not from where I was standing, normally I am nervous when we are 1-0 up but there was nothing in the game from Tooting that suggested they would score. Top stuff lads!
