Luke said he had a thigh strain.  Loui was subbed immediately after scoring his second (replaced by O'Neil).  Apparently, he has not played much this season due to a couple of injuries.  He showed some signs of being a bit match rusty, though for a small guy he certainly caused a few problems.

I guess he is only on a month's loan to try & regain fitness.  I don't know if Eastbourne will allow him to play on Saturday in the Trophy.  Richard Ponsford was announced as one of the subs last night but l couldn't see him on the bench.  I hope he's fit for Saturday with Heath suspended.

A welcome result.  Probably just deserved it on the second half display, though JJ was kept busy throughout.  Still feel that the squad looks a bit thin at the moment with suspensions & injuries.  I also heard a rumour that Luke is away for a couple of weeks shortly.

Apparently we've only signed him for a month, but if it all goes to plan we will hopefully get him permanently, which would be an excellent signing

Luke is definitely on holiday in New York as of this weekend (I'm pretty sure it's Saturday he goes) so we are unlikely to see him in action again until 29 November.   tickedoff

Ponsford was there last night but I had heard he was out injured for a month, so not sure exactly how fit he is. We could well see Razor playing left-back for the next three games which would mean Leroy and Adam O'Neill up front on Saturday and maybe a Dolby-Lye-Smith-Parkes midfield, the squad is getting very paper thin now.

Fazakerley is indeed on a month's loan.

Huh if all goes to plan?? chris i think you'll find there is no plan to sign him permanently as eastbourne arent willing to let him go he is a loan and i think thats how its gona stay Sad BUT... i think (not sure maybe someone will correct me if wrong) i think its a rolling loan again like Carey meaning we keep him until they call him back so could be a month could be 4? not sure though ask someone else im dumb Smiley or as my dad calls me.... mentally retarded tickedoff

We could be in for a tough month ahead then.  Your comments Dan suggest that Eastbourne are not keen for Fazakerly to play in the Trophy on Saturday.

i doubt they will want him too... just in case they need him for their trophy run when they get him back -- we could always play him then if we have to play eastbourne later in the comp. he wont be able to play against us  Grin
