A great performance from the lads today. Went a bit quiet in second half but we held out for our "giantkilling".  Grin

Newport IOW won 2-0 at Hampton  Shocked so we entertain the Islanders in the 2nd Qualifying Round on 12th November.  Smiley

very impressive in the first half, they came back into it in the second , thought luke was outstanding ,leroy and razor looked good up front ,just a shame we did'nt score more in the first half when we had a few good chances! bring on newport!! Smiley

another 1300 notes prize money and a home tie to Newport next round,

Thouight we saw our best 11 starting today- the back 4 looked solid- Chopper was outstanding again. midfield so much netter with danny Lye back and NB nearly back to full fitness. Luke took his goal well. Leroy worked well and is very unselfiish.
Second half we didnt get going but Chest nuts were evry poor.

Dover drew against dartford in what sounds a bruiser- they have lost Braithwaite with a broken leg and appear to have a few wounded. Tough replay for them tuesday and then a hard game at met Plod before the big one next Tuesday......

BRING ON THE DOVER

forgot to mention JJ who was superb as always - are we really missing Jamie ?

the prospect of facing a weakened Dover is an appetising one. We MUST NOT be complacent.
Today was our first clean sheet since Banstead  - 15 games - well done the lads !

From what i saw today, Cheshunt were not Southern Premier League standard. In fact i would think that they would struggle in our league let alone theirs. But no credit taken away from the lads, did really well today, especially Luke and JJ and we look in good touch for next Saturday
