Have to say Whites I always thought that you would be the team to beat in the division. Changing my mind some what as we seem to be matching you man for man just at the moment.

We had a great start and just when I thought we would do that "Tonbridge" thing and sit back on our laurels, we actually strengthened our squad. Lew Watts plus others that you probably know little about have joined the crusade to get us promoted again. Our close ties with other south east clubs have ensured that we will be able to maintain a strong enough squad to compete all the way to the end of this campaign so the experts who would set the odds had just better be careful.

The F A cup has been great for us this year in as much as, since the Prelim round we have been paired with a strong team away from home and have beaten them. Its almost a given that if we win on Saturday we will draw the strongest but worst supported side left in the draw away, but you know what ? we don't care because we know we are capable of making life very difficult for any side left as shown by our performance against Fisher. One the strongest sides in Non league football this season. What has been apparent as a result of the cup run is that we are playing too many games and the fatigue showed last night against Molesey.

Not to worry though when we play your lot at "The Crabble" we will all be fit and ready. Players and supporters alike.

I hate tonbridge angels, its a crap ground, crap supporters. when we came there at the end of last season all your lot did was try and wind it up, not to mention the ****s that interrupted paul sykes's minute silence. you drew 1-1 with molesly, there fourth bottom. we beat walton casuals 2-1, they beat newport 5-2 the week before. and we also beat newport, along with every other team thats been put in front of us in the league. i cant wait for u lot to come to crabble cos we are gonna raise the roof on the river end when we beat u lot. WERE GOIN TO WIN THE LEAGUE!!!!!!!! so bog off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is interesting to note the signing you have made. We've been keeping tabs on you, don't worry!!  Wink

But we've signed the likes of Danny Chapman, who would walk into most Conference South teams never mind this division. We also got Tommy Tyne back - a vital player and again a Conference South performer (we signed him when we were in the Conference National). Then there's Tony Browne, another of our former Conference players. Plus Lee Spiller.

Craig Wilkins is the best striker in this division and would grab 20 in Conference South.

I think I'm right in saying we have five of our former Conference players at Dover, with another seven from our Conference South (then Dr Martens Prem side) that finished third just two and a half years ago!!

We'll take some beating at this level - and I'm sure it'll be us going up as champs, yourselves as runners-up - followed by Tooting!!!

With those signings Whitesfan - that is exactly why i thought you should have done a hell of a better than you have.

As for Danny Chapman - he trained with us pre season and wasn't quite up to our standard. But c'est la vive. I see he was your man of the match against the Waltons. Says it all really.  Wink
