Shade was there before and left, as for the rest no real surprise they either haven't been good enough or just didn't get a chance.

Both Alex Rich and Danny Powell are very promising players - they will do well at Kent League level I'm positive. Our loss is Tunbridge Wells' gain.

I agree - another two good young players we have let slip away. Were they ever given a real opportunity at first team level?

Are they good enough to push into a side above people like Rook Cade etc? No, hence why they have not been given the chance.

Charlie Sharman is a prime example that the youth players do get opportunities with the first team if they take their chance. People like Dann, Sharman, Powell etc have all had chances but obviously just havent impressed enough.

ITS so much easier to buy or sign the finished player  these days!,and a huge difference from reserve team fixtures to first team .

It is a shame that no locals play for the team ,and our youth team players or reserve's never get much of a  chance these days..but if your not good enough, your not good enough!!! .If they were thay would be kept!

Sure the odd one will go on to be a great player for someone else!
