Today at 3pm ko RYL Angels U18 v Leatherhead
« on: Saturday, 24 May, 2008, 10:46.23 »

Just a reminder that this fixture is to be played away at Leatherhead ko 3pm.

This is the first of our last four games although it's unlikely we will get to play our remaining fixtures.

Hi everyone,
Unlucky boys, I'm new to the club and as some of you may know I am hoping to have trials for the reserves. I watched the RYL under 18s against Burgess Hill and we played really well winning 5-0. If Leathrhead needed to beat us by 7 clear goals to win the league then we would have been favourites on the night. That's very unfortunate but everyone has matches like that where the most unlikely thing happens. When we suffer bad expriences in life both on and off the pitch it makes us stronger, I know that we will come back stronger next season and we are looking good for the future. I'm really looking forward to the trials and am sure and confident that I'll be part of the club next year and hopefully some of the boys who remember/know me I'll be playing along side next year and we can really go for trophies! I hope everyone is having a good summer. I'll be keping in touch on the message board and will hopefully see everyone in pre season. Keep your heads up boys, I know I'm new to the club but everyone who I have met and know at the club has won a place in my heart. Ian
