Having signed for another club next season i had to express my heartfelt gratitude to all concerned with TAFC. Firstly Tom my friend of 20 years thanks for the opportunity when i write my memoirs you will get at least a line. Secondly Melvin who without him getting me back to fitness i probably wouldnt be able to continue to play youre a true friend. Nick and Gary for running such a fantastic club your vision and enthusiasm ceases to amaze me. All the players who have become good friends. Julian and everyone concerned with the ressies true genuine football people who do a great job. Last but not least you the fans who have made my short time here unforgettable the reception you have given me has blown me away i hope i have left you with a few memories you certainly have left me with some fantastic ones i wish you every success for next season i hope you gain the promotion you deserve once again thank you all. Some great goals,some exquisite skills,some dubious bookings,but always
in the keepers face,and on one occasion, i seem to remember, rolling around
on the ground with one.Always gave 110% for the team and very nearly got the
rarest of beasts the all headed hat-trick in his last game for the club.
