been away missed all this i have always sat in the seats for 18 years if the club charge extra to get in i will pay it if they charge more to sit down i will pay it basically the club have you over a barrel, they know that loyal supporters will pay unfortunately the higher the club gets and the more the club tries to succeed the more they will isolate themselves from their fans this is not a reflection on tonbridge or gary or nick, this is a reflection on every football club in the country from our league onwards trying to get as high as possible in the dream that they can reach the league above , but if we get up, then we pay more again, and more again , there is no solution it's £3 yes its unfair, but they could quite easily have said £12 for everyone standing or sitting

if your pc smokes a bit and smells funny you've broken it
So having established that there are a number of fans who do not agree with the decision to charge for the seats that are to be installed into the stand in order to comply (partly) with the "B" grading required, if we manage to get promoted soon.
The question is : Is it really worth having a divisive debate that could, potentially put the whole scheme at risk?
If I were putting up the cash and reading some of the post's on this forum I would think hard and long about the value of my investment and I really do wonder if this debate should be taking place.
What is it about this initiative that has lead to it being such a controversial subject?
Check out the Lewes board if you need something to moan about. The changes they have been forced into put our'sa into perspective.
