Angels beat Renfrew 2-0 this afternoon.
First goal was a screamer i tihnk from Josh Biddlecombe
and the second goal was a tap in from Josh Biddlecombe after good work from Joe Adams

Great day, Tommy Nick and few first teamers where there, plus some possible future signings  Wink

Really enjoyed the game and the day and well done to Gary for organising the game and the trophies for the lads after. Thanks to the lads from Renfrewshire for the miniature bottles of the good stuff given to the lads.

Some promising performances highlighted by Josh's excellent strike for the first goal, and his strike for the corner worked with Ollie that struck the post on the volley, and hit the full back on the back of the head and dropped behind for a corner!!

With this be an annual event now? Great idea!

It was a really good game played in a proper sporting spirit and all in all it was a thoroughly pleasant afternoon.

They played some nice football and I thought that our #7, #9 & #10 looked very promising.
