Today i saw the Angels U15's beat Lordswood 4-1 in the KYL.
I also managed to watch the last 15 mins of U18's beat a disgruntled Lewisham side 1-0 in the KYL
This afternoon while watching the Charity game at Longmead TA vets v Arsenal (Arse's won by a ridiculous amount, i lost count ;)i heard that the u13's also won thier game 5-1 this morning.
Well done everyone. If anyone knows any other results let me know.....
Just heard the U16's unfortunately lost 3-0 to Thamesmead
The report - Taken from the Official Site.
A bad day at the office for Angels U16s on Sunday as a lack lustre performance saw the visitors crash to a 3-0 defeat at Thamesmead,Poor defending in the first 15 minutes saw the Angels team go two goals behind as first Wilks capitalized on a defensive error to fire his shot across Algar and into the corner of the net, then worse was to follow as Algars attempted clearance fell kindly to Dawson who lobbed the ball into an open net. Angels started the second half well Joel Sanders hitting the bar and Josh Stanfords heading just going wide but the all important breakthrough would not come,Thamesmead added the third late in the game as a corner kick was only half cleared and O'Keeffe's shot deflected off the unlucky Codie Collins and into the net.
Team: Algar,Johnson,Potter(Collins),Hampson,Atkinson(Humphreys), Obee(OlusanyaD.)Daly,Mason(Leigh),
Subs not used: Stanford,Sanders,Olusanya J.
"We were poor in all areas today, hopefully the players will learn at this level you need to play and not just turn up."
I was surprised at this result, because i have seen the 16's in action and they are a very strong team.
Better luck in your next game lads

The Under 13's beat Kennington 5-1. Goal scorers were Eddie Sharman (2), David Cherry (2) and Ashley Bell. A very good all round team performance which puts us 2nd in league.

No Hawky - this is a report Taken from the Official Site. Thanks to the hard work of Mikey bringing us the reports.
Angels 5 - 1 Kennington
Scorers: Eddie Sharman [2]; David Cherry [2]; Ashley Bell
Before the game Angels had lost one of their strikers, Matt Green, with a broken arm. This was compounded by another forward, Mikey Foreman sustaining a groin strain at the end of the first half. These may have lead to a problem but David Cherry, defender turned Centre Forward took his opportunity well. In the first half Angels had a whole string of chances that fell to Mikey Foreman, Ashley Bell, Gregory Keddy, Eddie Sharman and Charlie Slocombe. However none could be converted and in the end Angels paid for this when Kennington took the lead a minute before half time. Tonbridge responded immediately when Sharman was put through by Keddy and he tucked the chance into the corner. The dominance continued and chance after chance came. It was the arrival of David Cherry which finally sparked the goals when a high cross from Sharman was glanced in by Cherry with his head. Ashley Bell got in on the act when he cut inside to net his goal. Eddie Sharman got his second when he drilled the ball under the goal keeper and the best was left to Cherry with a minute to go. After picking the ball up in midfield he scored with a magnificent shot from outside the area. Another good all round performance by the team. They are all working very hard..
Well done you lads, keep it up
