I totally agree one of the most exciting games of footy i have seen in many years and the players were really well behaved considering the pasting they were getting most of the time.
I think there is real promise here and look forward to seeing just how far they can go.
Yes one and all are a real credit to the club themselves and to the game as well.

Also, a point that I don't think has been mentioned was the response from Nick Sullivan after the game on Radio Kent. He sounded a proud man as he thoroughly deserved to be and the amount of praise he gave the support including the amount of noise we made was great! Can't remember the last time a Tonbridge chairman gave as much praise as he did. Well done Nick and keep up the great work!  Smiley

Don't think it was mentioned - cos don't think we knew about it! First i've heard about it....

The fans deserve the praise. You boys with your drums and your big voices did us all proud. From the moment you stood behind me - nearly deafening me - pre match with your chanting and singing - it all helps so much!  Smiley Cheesy Smiley

Nick Sullivan was definitely on edge the whole game, he cannot bear to be in the Directors box - he likes to be on his feet and cheering. Paul Dainty was also a very vocal and supportive Chairman. Heart and Sole  Smiley

Barmy Army has to be there! Tis that sort of support that can lift a team to victory, or do it's darndest!

Like Fulham Angels said, it was the most exciting game of football i'd seen in years...........C'mon you Angel Blues.......... Smiley Smiley Smiley
