yes and after a combination of me being so badly hungover I forgot it was a congested route and you being so dozy that you forgot it was a 1pm kick-off it was an achievement to get there on time!

And i prefer - up to Palace - left at 2nd to last roundabout - right into toll rd, past dulwich college, right at the end (nearly caused an accident but they weren't quick enough  Wink) left at the end and straight all the way to the Hamlet ground. Park outside and enter the vast lounge................piece of cake  Smiley

Why didn't you just rattle up the A21 and join the SC there instead of doing the extra yarn? Smiley

The A20 is faster (apart from those bloody lights at Mottingham)

The SC was jammed so a quick-thinking navigation through some back streets meant we got there in plenty of time.  Smiley

The third qualifying round is the same day as England v Austria World Cup tie (well done FA!) which kicks off at 4pm. May we expect a changed kick-off time or even perhaps a Sunday or Friday night game in our little Cup?

The good news for you is that it accummulates. You get the prize money for every round in which you win.

If you look at the following page

http://www.thefa.com/TheFACup/TheFACup/NewsAndFeatures/Postings/2004/06/Payments_2004_05

it specifies the number of teams in brackets getting the prize money for that round (which equals the number of winners in that round).

The two FA Cup finalists between them get about 60% of the total prize (and TV rights) pot.
