Ghana would be my bet as hosts, although Cameroon always go the distance while South Africa will be looking to prove a point as they are hosting the big one in two years' time...

i think these backward nations get together whenever they feel like it
pretty amazing that they can field international football teams, but can't feed starving people in their own countries, but i suppose they have to get their priorities right.
