Matt Reed's improvement

I used to be a huge critic of his (and Hamid for that matter), but over the last few weeks he has turned into a keeper we can depend on to keep us out of trouble.

To keep 2 clean sheets against a conference side is a great achievement for a keeper at our level and I'm sure he can keep the good work going. Whatever the new management have been teaching him is obviously working.

Matt Reed was phenominal last night, that save from their No.8 was sensational!

Has come on leaps and bounds since Warrilow has come in.

His ability to claim high balls in his box whilst being under severe pressure from opposing players is quite brilliant.

Well Done Matt!  Afro

In two games he held on to everything that came his way (although punched out one cross in the second half last night).

I was critical earlier in the season when his inexperience was perhaps encouraging a few mishaps but his technical ability was never in question, however his confidence had improved tenfold and the last couple of games have seen the most solid performances by a goalkeeper I've ever seen in my years of supporting the Angels.

Reed was simply awesome and my man of the match in both games. Keep up the good work Reedy  Afro

it's good we didn't waste any of the transfer money bringing in someone else (as it was rumoured we were)
