These have all won fewer games than Palace (ie no games at all)

Blue Square league:
Northwich Victoria   

Unibond league:
Frickley Athletic
Radcliffe Borough   

British Gas League:
Berkhamsted Town   
Newport IOW
 
Isthmian league:
Wivenhoe Town

But is there a team worse than Cirencester United anywhere in the country.

my god, they've conceded more than 7 goals 4 times already this season, with a record home defeat of 13-0, but they did get a point away from home which almost makes up for it!!!

is there any club in the world with a worse current record?

Remember Poole Town in 1995/96, there record was:

P     W      D      L       GF       GA        P

42      0       1      41      17      188      1

I believe the only point they got was against Bashley on about the last day of the season, we beat them 5-0 and 1-0.
