We tell Hume to shut up(myself included) when he rants on the touchline, but at least he organises his players', unlike our manager, who's only contribution is to constantly shout "for F's sake," where is the tactical nous with that.?
Steve Aris may not have been quite as good last season as when he first came to the club, but he was discarded far too quickly in my opinion, and as club captain was shown scant respect, I certainly haven't seen any improvement in the defence, for a youngster Donovan is far too cumbersome.

The two main problems we have is the lack of vocal encouragement from Dolby. I dont like lloyd Hume even when he was at Tonbridge but everyone can hear him from the dugout, either windimg up the opposition or encouraging his team.
The other problem is we dont play the ball on the ground, we keep by-passing midfield with the long ball to Jon Main, and Jon is not playing great at the moment his first touch lets him down.
Come on Dolby sort it out soon encourage your players and things will get better.
If you dont you may be looking for a new job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
