have to totally disagree with the postings about strikers not needing to make an effort
can't be bothered to quote them but those ****wits know what they said
if you play in a team in midfield or at the back or with a lazy strike partner
and you hit a hopeful ball forward WHICH WE SOMETIMES ARE PRONE TO DOING
you do not want a lazy person watching it with their hands on their hips
it tends to really **** you off
and shaggy is really lazy unless the ball is played directly to his feet
and is rarely prepared to chase the ball down and win it back
and his goalscoring record is **** also
also in scooby doo shaggy spends 90% of the time RUNNING away from stuff
at no stage does he walk away spinning like a twanny
(SHAGGY IS A BAD NICKNAME HOW ABOUT ****FACE)
back to my point
jon main has a high workrate that is why he is top scorer and that is why we are likely to lose him
the welsh wonder has no workrate subsequently he plays for us in the monkey league rather than at palace
and that other thing
didn't he do well at bromley
watching and playing with lazy *******s is extremely frustrating
regardless of them putting the ball in the net
this of course is just my opinion Grin smilie added
but i think you will find it is the correct opinion
and anyone with a different opinion is wrong Grin second smilie needed
reply if you dare
OH BUT I DO WANT THE TEAM TO WIN
regardless of me singling out players
Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin host of smilies is that ok

Define effort... of course players have to run onto balls played through, no sh*t sherlock.  Grin , and what is the point of chasing a hopeless ball that the player knows is going out?  Grin .. just run for the sake of it, tire yourself out and be out of position.  Grin Yeah that makes sense! That is exactly how to lose games obviously.
All managers want to see their forwards hurrying opposition defence into making mistakes,  You obviously can't just literally sit around... Don't see any of that from our forwards - I see enough effort. There has to be a balance.
Forwards chasing hopeless balls\tackles for the sake of it, against Ryman Prem. defenders\ headless chicken syndrome is unproductive for me.
If guy scores his goals and win the match job done, especially four goals!  Grin
Just my opinion , which is just my opinion, which is just...  Grin
Good debate  Smiley ....

took your time to answer ****wit
which means you really had to think about
which means it can't be your honest opinion
but as been said before this is only my opinion Grin
but i still believe in my heart that i am correct Grin
and that you are not Grin
perhaps we could have a poll work rate over goals
infact ill do it now god damn it

It's simple, if Martin gave no workrate and scored no goals, I would be entitled to criticise, however if, like Tuesday, he gave no workrate and scored four goals (that were the difference between drawing 3-3 and winning 7-3), I would not be entitled to criticise.

I suspect this argument to be void, since Power and Main is surely still the most likely starting partnership for Saturday.  Wink

Anyway, what about Ashley Dann!! First senior goal 24 minutes into his debut, all at the tender age of 16 years. At the request of our Ressies King Julian Leigh, I am looking up the record books to see if Ashley has broken a record.  Azn

P.S Taff scored 4 against a team that was not Ryman Prem level  Wink Even you could have grabbed a couple against them Dan  Wink

just thought i would point out he did well to score 4 against a defence consisting of tender 16 year olds
and a tender 16 year old goalkeeper
go on dan find out the age of the back four? happy hunting
