I would like to see O'Neil take the job but obviously with his personal commitments he may not take it. I think McClaren has it now after the Brazillian knocked us back.
Good point about Peter Taylor, I'd like him to take over at Charlton Athletic, possible knowing his links with other Kent clubs.
