the 'large' visiting crowd was whole 20 more than our game ! Funny but weve never needed stewarding because of 'so many away fans' !! Croydon beware Mike D is coming

Yes, and a lot of the normal fans of their club were disgusted yet again by the actions of a minority of the team's support.... Roll Eyes

What they were really saying.....

"What is also disappointing is that the newspaper then published the article without even clarifying the facts with either Dover Athletic FC, Newport Isle of Wight FC, the Ryman League or the Football Association his Royal Majesty, King of Douvre, JP. We believe this is irresponsible reporting and will be making a formal complaint to the editor of the Dover Express.

We have also learned that the newspaper published the report without using the journalist's real name - which is disappointing, seeing as it is the Dover Express's top sport story of the week and it is covering a serious issue as his Royal Majesty JP cannot ban him from all of Douvre, the whole internet and send some boys round his house in the middle of the night."
