Yesterday's Attendance
« on: Sunday, 19 March, 2006, 11:27.49 »

Attendance yesterday was just 282? Huh

I know there were absolutely no travelling fans but where have all the Angels gone? Yeah, we've been playing pretty poorly but we're in a promotion battle, surely it can't be that bad?! tickedoff

Not good to see. Was I the only one who thought there was more than that? .. like around 330? Mind you I'm sorry to have to say this but when you look at the way we've played of late it don't surprise me. And I'm not just talking about results, but the way we play. But not yesterday (from when Piscina come on until when Barnes went off), I thought.
Was good to see Piscina come on and add a bit of pace to our attack and be prepared to have a shot, have a run\cross, run around, get into space, away from the lineout\scrum.  buck2
On the other hand come on you supporters turn up! No excuses .. we need everyone to turn up now . Smiley

I thought Danny Ward did well, stepping into Danny Lye's role. Won a lot of headers and a lot of challenges. Like Lyesy, his distribution isn't all that but with Barnesy with him, I'm sure he'll be an asset to the club.

Also, I would like to see a bit more of Dean Smith, showed some good touches when he came on against Walton last Saturday, although looked a little short of fitness. Perhaps give him a run out or two in the ressies?
