Well, i never knew this!  Roll Eyes Taken from Non League Daily

Former Gravesend & Northfleet manager Andy Ford has joined the coaching staff at Nationwide South side Thurrock.

Thurrock boss Colin McBride brought Ford in after losing two members of his backroom staff this week.

Jason Broom and Grant Gordon both joined Ryman Premier Division side Billericay Town to work with new manager Matt Jones.

Ford (pictured) has been out of football since leaving Stevenage Borough in October.

He had moved to Broadhall Way in March, two months after resigning at Gravesend.

Rocket Science Chapter 1

A club that thanks to a group of "star" players suffers double relegation. So what do they do? Sign those players back after the clubs they went onto RELEASED them . They then brought back the Manager, increased the budget and were in more trouble.

Solutions.

Kick out Browne, Tyne and Chapman . (possibly Spills too, altough you will get effort from him). Bring in a PROVEN manager who will reduce your Budget and get a team playing.

Bring in Youngsters from League teams or promote your own. DO IT NOW as promotion is gone. kick the mercinaries out and build fro the future. Jim Parmenter has risked the clubs future. He STATED Promotion is an absolute MUST this season.

I dread to think how much over budget and deeper in the s*** you are... and for what?? to pay Spiller and co 300 quid in beer tokens a week after they got you relegated?? are you Sadists or Thick or run by someone without a clue? or all 3?

Tell me i am wrong!!

for a welling official you don't seem to know where the line is !! we will see where you are come the end of the season (long way to go yet for both of us) oh , and I understand Carruthers is available , funny thingd players .

Taken from Non League Daily, part of very long article;

Cash-strapped Ryman League Division One club Banstead Athletic could fold at the end of the season.

Owner and chairman Terry Molloy, who has bankrolled the club for eighteen years, has slashed the playing budget due to a lack of funds.

Now the future of the club hangs in the balance.

And manager Bob Langford is considering his own future at Merland Rise where he has been manager for the past ten years.

As of this week, players will get only travel expenses and many could leave.

Langford admitted the hardest part was telling the players what was happening.

He said: "It is a big choker.

"I spoke to the players after the game against Tonbridge Angels on Saturday and they now want to look at their options.

Dulwich have released Miguel De Souza and Corey Campbell. They've also re-signed Gavin McGowan from Margate.
