From what I see a change may be a good idea but lets not forget that Dolby stayed with us when lots of people ran and for that reason I have massive respect for the man.
My personal choice would be Chris Kinnear for next season, but what if Dolby was reading all this and thought "thats it , no more" and tendered his resignation, who would put their head on the block then?

He's got more sense - or he'd have done it at the first dissent however long ago. He's the one that does all the work for the team on and off the pitch - we are just the one's that gob off about anything and everything. Funny thing is - he has given us everything we've wanted of late. New players to strengthen. Ok, so they haven't reached thier full potential for us yet, but he's done as we've asked. Like last night, he subbed himself - as asked, and he made substitutions earlier - as asked. Youth have come off the bench, as asked. All he hasn't given us yet is blood.

I think we needed the players, but we definately got more than we bargained for which has probably given Dolby a headache. You can never have too many in the squad though, just the balls to leave players out.
I'm under the impression Falana and Ward came to us free, and already May and Powell are suspended so it's good we have the back up. Because of these two suspensions, yes, we've had to chop and change, these would be first team starters.
It's like as JM says .. it's like he does what we ask, although I'm sure he's not that stupid and it's just a coincidence Smiley .
Who'd be a manager !

Chairman/Manager - it never works (by the way has the Hastings one been overthrown yet - major conspiracies there!). And i'm sure NS has never expressed the wish or stupidity to want it!  Tongue

I certainly wouldn't want to be a real footy manager. I much prefer to do it from the comfort of my computer chair  Cheesy

Too right JM  ... it's fun being an armchair manager in comfortable surroundings at home without all the stress, muck and bullets.  Grin  And I bet the managers have a right laugh if they were to read our 'ideas' tactically or whatever  Grin
