Here we go again.
Defence excellent, especially in the first half when I hope we played our prefered line up. With Aris marshalling the younger players (Beales and Cramp) Margate offered no threat at all and this bodes well for the new season but I can't get away from the fact that even with the new boy up front we still struggled to open up their defence.
No doubt about it that when Barnes came off we were weaker but the real difference between the two sides was the now familiar elementary mistake involving John Farley that ultimately decided the match.
Well done to both sides particularly the youngsters and triallists on both sides.

Cramp is not the largest centre back in the world and a wide left player he aint but he like Bealsey is very mobile at the heart of the defence in the same way as Patch Blackman was last season.
Spot on about Dolbers contribution on the pitch.
