Ah so *THIS* is what you're on about on MSN, makes sense now.

This is probably easier to do than liveangels, but will need some investigation and planning.  Someone (ie not me) will have to manage an SMS account as well.

Not that expensive though, about 5-6p/text I think from the provider I use for similar stuff.
