Tonbridge Angels 1-1 Kingstonian

Patrick Blackman's second-half equaliser rescued a point for Tonbridge in a game dominated for long periods by the visitors.

Jamie Turner had already made three superb saves when Elliott Onoche nodded home from close range to give Kingstonian a deserved lead 20 minutes in. The excellent Liam Collins went close again for the K's, and Giles Coke rattled the Angels woodwork as a lethargic Tonbridge were run ragged. The introduction of John Farley late in the first half allowed Blackman to take up a striker's position, and the move nearly paid dividends when a snap shot from "Patch" brought a flying save from visitors 'keeper Lance Key.

Kingstonian picked up where they left off in the second half. Greg Ball missed a good opening early on, but there was always a chance the Angels would find an equaliser as the visitors failed to make their dominance count. Dean Lodge missed the chance to seal it for the K's when he headed over from six yards, and Tonbridge duly made them pay when Blackman sneaked in unmarked at the far post to knock home a free kick on 78 minutes.

Both sides had chances to nick the win in a see-saw finale, but had to settle for a point apiece.
